In-Home Care That Cares!

We offer a full line of services ranging from companions to R.N.'s and everything in between. Our program stresses quality workers providing quality services. We use the following action plan for each of our cases:

Evaluate
A home visit evaluates the patient's physical and mental health and ability to perform necessary tasks. We can then provide the most appropriate level of service. We can care for a patient following surgery and patients with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and cancer.

Plan
Care is based on need. Our companions can shop, cook, do general housework, assist with bathing, monitor and administer medication and run errands. We can fill out insurance forms, furnish health care equipment and deliver prescriptions. Personalized care is available for 4-24 hour days, 7 days a week.

Coordinate - Match
We DO check references, driving records, education and previous health care experience. We match people who can and want to do what YOU need. Whether you need help for only a few weeks or indefinitely, Elder Care can provide that help. We can coordinate with other health care services and public agencies. We can provide all of your care or a portion...Whatever you need.

Monitor
This is our on-going case management. We make sure that our caregivers remain satisfactory to you and dedicated to providing quality care. Out-of-town family need not worry - we will keep the family informed. We can counsel you and help you decide when the level of care needs to be changed.
