Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Call us today to arrange a risk-free Assessment and Safety Evaluation where our Care Coordinator can gather information to develop a customized plan for your loved one.

Step 1
Initial Phone Call
 

During the initial call, we will discuss the general needs of you or your loved one as well as answer any questions that you may have. At this time we will also schedule a free in-home Assessment and Safety Evaluation where we discuss the level of care needed in more detail and assess the home for safety issues. We look forward to hearing from you.

Step 2
Free In-Home Assessment and Safety Evaluation

The first visit will be made by our Care Coordinator who will evaluate and assess the client’s physical health and ability to perform necessary activities of daily living. This visit enables us to listen to your needs and gather more detailed information to develop a personalized plan of care that will be most appropriate for you and your loved one. The Care Coordinator will also assess the living quarters to identify any safety concerns or recommendations that may need to be put in place to keep your loved one safe.

Step 3
Personalized Plan of Care
 

Once the Care Coordinator has developed a personalized plan of care, we will select a caregiver with the proper training and experience to care for you or your loved one. We will then bring the selected caregiver to your home for introductions and implementation of the plan of care. We regularly make sure our caregivers remain satisfactory and dedicated to providing quality care.
